The location of the hotel was very convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi which made it easy to stay connected during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast served was tasty and had a good variety of options to choose from.

There were some disappointing aspects to my stay. Firstly, the amenities promised were not received. Moreover, the room I had booked was not the same as the one given to me. Secondly, I faced poor customer support as my complaints were not addressed efficiently. my stay was not as enjoyable as I had hoped it would be.
